Q: How will my parcel be delivered?

A: Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class recorded delivery.

Q: Do any of the butters / creams need to be stored in the fridge?

A: No they don’t, but as they are 100% natural ingredients in hotter climates they can melt so they are best kept somewhere cool.

Q: Do you sell cleansers?

A: Many of Babila Star products are all in one, multipurpose products, so they can be used to both cleanse and moisturise.

Q: Can the products be used on children?

A: As with adults, skin testing is recommended. Elisheva has always used Babila Star products on her children - their favourite is the Indigo face and body oil.
